Terminal Operations in Real Time and in 3D

CHESSCON Live View reads the container inventory and information on the entire machinery and equipment status from a database, e. g. a TOS or an IOT-platform. The containers can have an unlimited number of attributes, and a real-time, second-by-second actual comparison is performed. From this, CHESSCON Live View provides a highly detailed and realistic 3D visualization of your terminal.  

The entire equipment and all vehicles such as straddle carriers and cranes can be connected to the system by sensors. CHESSCON Live View is directly connected to the equipment using TIC 4.0 standardized messages. Data such as tire pressure, oil and battery levels can be recorded and visualized, too. External data from shipping companies and freight forwarders can also be integrated into the system.   

From exact reality to a better planning and operation-analysis 
In CHESSCON Live View, users can click on individual equipment and vehicles to view dashboards with all details. These dashboards can be designed to customers’ requirements that makes the whole system very flexible and easy to customize. Individual objects can be filtered and coloured. This facilitates and improves short- and medium-term planning.  

CHESSCON Live View also improves the operational analysis: for example, statuses of vehicles and equipment can be analysed retrospectively.
